1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the MiinaMul Fashion website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site to place an order — you're always welcome to contact us directly instead.

2. Product listings

We do our best to keep product photos, descriptions, prices, and stock levels accurate and up to date. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we'll contact you to offer an alternative, a wait, or a full refund.

3. Orders and confirmation

Placing an order through the site is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We confirm every order by phone before it's prepared for delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order — for example if stock runs out, the delivery address is outside our coverage area, or we're unable to reach you to confirm details.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery and bank/mobile money transfer (including Telebirr and CBE Birr). For transfer payments, please upload proof of payment at checkout so we can confirm your order quickly.

5. Returns, refunds and delivery

6. Your information

We collect the details you provide at checkout — name, phone number, and delivery address — to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Newsletter sign-ups are optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time as our services change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
