Delivery area

We currently deliver within Nekemte City. If you're outside the city, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know whether delivery is possible for your area and whether any extra delivery cost applies.

Delivery timelines

• Orders are confirmed by phone shortly after checkout, usually within a few hours.
• Delivery within Nekemte City typically takes 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery is currently free for all orders within Nekemte City.

Store pickup

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose Store Pickup at checkout. Our store is located at Nekemte, 2nd Square, near the Zone Education Office, open Monday–Saturday, 9AM–8PM. We'll notify you by phone once your order is ready for collection.

Order tracking

Every order gets a unique order number and moves through four stages — Pending, Confirmed, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. You can check the current status any time on your order confirmation page, using the link you received after checkout. Order Details

Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected due to weather, traffic, or high order volume. If your order is delayed, we'll contact you with an update. You're always welcome to reach out for a status check.
